Hi Marc, as you know I have been in a similar situation with Debby Johnson. I think a lawyer would say that your friend should only sign over a title if someone is prepared to buy one or more of the bikes while he is still alive. After his death a title would be signed over by whoever is the Personal Representative. It’s slightly more troublesome than a normal sale because the PR usually needs to be present at the appropriate DMV and show some documentation to the clerk before signing, but it’s really not a great burden.

It’s going to be painful to start it up and watch it get dirty, Jerry. I am simply incapable of such fastidious work. By the way, I’m writing this reply with Firefox, which did not work 10 minutes ago. Did you change something?
